Cookie Overload

Bryce wanted to say farewell to the Anesthesia Department in style. (His rotation there ended yesterday, now he's headed over to Children's for a month). Of course, he didn't give me much notice, so here's what we came up with last night.

He wanted to take a variety of cookies to everyone in the department, so we made six batches of cookies on Monday night. (Butterscotch/Oatmeal, Gingersnaps, Chocolate Crackles, Peanut Butter Cup Cookies, White Chocolate/Cranberry, and Pumpkin/Chocolate Chip). I've cooked for some pretty big parties before, but I've never made six batches of cookies in a row. They all turned out great, but if I look at another cookie I think I'm going to barf. Hopefully he'll give me a bit of advanced notice next time. But I won't count on it.
