Do you remember the last handwritten letter or postcard you received? I don't.
That's why I'm so excited to participate in 52 Weeks of Mail. It's all about sending cards and letters to loved ones and, as a result, making people happy. I always mean to send more cards and letters, but it always gets shoved to the bottom of my "to-do" list. For some reason, making a project out of it makes it a little more exciting.
If you'd like to participate, check out 52 Weeks of Mail on facebook. It's so exciting...there's currently over 1000 participants worldwide. The project started yesterday, on World Post Day. It will run through October 7, 2012. Here are links to a printable notecard, blog buttons, and postage stamp designs to help spread the word. Can't think of 52 people to send mail to? No problem. Check out sendsomething.net to find some pen pals.
Also, through the month of October, I'll be offering a 10% discount on all the greeting cards in my shop with the promo code 52WEEKS).
