I'm taking the day off...my aunt always called it a mental health day. A day in which you do nothing you should do and everything you want to do. A day where you just forget all your worries and enjoy life. I've been trying so hard lately to keep up with the expectations and schedules of everyone around me that I'm losing my mind! So if you've noticed that my blogging has been a tiny bit horrible lately, you're right. I wish I could juggle everything as gracefully as all of you, but I'm just not that good. Hopefully when I return, I'll be newly inspired and refreshed. See you soon!

I have been having a mental health week! sometimes its just good to get back to the basics.
today we did the bank, post office library run. home for lunch and naps. Hope you get feeling back to 'okayness' soon!

OH, my mom called them mental health days too and I almost pulled that card earlier this week. Hope you have a wonderfully relaxing day.

a) your blogging has been just as wonderful and inspiring as always!
b) we ALL have those days---in my case it has been the past couple of weeks! i was seriously in a doldrums, couldn't even bring myself to keep up on email replies or keep the house tidy. it's only in the past few days---since the weekend when the sun came out, really---that I've felt more like my usual cheery self.
I'm glad you took a day to shake things out. that's the hardest thing: knowing when you just need to put on the brakes!
