It Really Works

I ran out of my Copper Polishing Cream a while back, and I remembered this tip from Martha Stewart. I just happened to have salt and lemon handy, so I thought I'd give it a shot. I was blown away by how well it worked. Bonus: it's a chemical-free way to clean. Give it a shot next time you need to polish your copper. You'll be surprised.

You can use toothpaste to polish your silver, too. Just make sure it's completely washed off, or everything you serve will taste "minty fresh!"

Shana, you dentist types know all the cool secrets.

You know what else you can do with toothpaste? Next time you throw back a nice cold glass of KoolAid and you have that unsightly red moustache, you can get rid of it by rubbing a bit of toothpaste on it. It's a little bit ridiculous that I know that, huh?
